Bring basketball to your Funky Monkey Bars setup with a height-adjustable hoop, perspex backboard, steel flex-rim and ball return scoop. A net, Funky Monkey Bars basketball and pump are included, ready for your next shooting session once installed.
Compatibility: Choose the Right Fitting
This hoop is designed to attach only to a Funky Monkey Bars Monkey Bar or Swing Set frame using the supplied fittings. The included net attaches to the supplied basketball rim.
- Long Tee: Choose this fitting for the majority of Funky Monkey Bars Monkey Bar and Swing Set frames.
- Sleeve: Choose this fitting for The Original, The Tamarin or The Aerial Tamarin frames only.
Do not attach or mount the hoop to a wall or a non-Funky Monkey Bars product. If you are unsure which fitting suits your frame, check with us before ordering.

- Perspex backboard on a steel frame.
- Steel rim with coiled rings for flex, plus an attachable net.
- Removable plastic ball return scoop that hooks directly onto the hoop.
- 1,040mm powder-coated, galvanised steel mounting pole.
- Funky Monkey Bars basketball and ball pump.
- Your selected Long Tee or Sleeve fitting, two Short Tee fittings and a plastic cap.
- Assembly hardware and tools.
Installation
Attach the hoop to your compatible Funky Monkey Bars frame using the included fittings. Follow the assembly instructions for the mounting position: the centre of a horizontal tube, the corner of a frame or the top of a tube. Installation requires an M10/M12 spanner and an allen key.
Leave connections loosely tightened until all brackets are attached, then tighten fully. All tubes must be fully inserted until they contact the adjoining tube. Consult a structural engineer if there is any doubt about the safety or stability of the installation.
Frame Fit and Hoop Height
The mounting system is height-adjustable, so the hoop can be positioned lower for younger players or higher for more experienced players. When planning the position on your compatible frame, keep the documented standard rim height of 3 metres in mind and follow the assembly instructions for your setup.

NOTES ON HOW TO ADD-ON:
Can attach to our Monkey Bars or our Swing Set frames. When selecting how it will attach to your chosen frame, choose the LONG TEE to attach to the majority of our Monkey Bar and Swing Set frames. Choose the SLEEVE if you're frame is The Original, The Tamarin or The Aerial Tamarin frames only.
When setting up the Basketball Hoop, the rim height of 3 metres is standard for high schools and pro leagues like the NBA.
